service related FAQ’s

What casting processes do you run in-house?2026-10-01T11:11:14+00:00

Green sand, resin-bonded no-bake and shell molding, investment (lost-wax) casting, gravity and low-pressure die casting, and centrifugal casting — all inside the Inmore casting base.

Can you supply machined, ready-to-assemble parts?2026-10-01T11:11:14+00:00

Yes. Casting, heat treatment, CNC machining, surface finishing and CMM inspection are all performed inside the group, so parts arrive at your line at final tolerance.

How long does a quotation take?2026-10-01T11:11:14+00:00

Send a drawing, a 3D model and the target annual volume. Our engineers return a manufacturability review, a tooling plan and a firm quotation — normally within five working days.

Do you export, and how do you handle logistics?2026-10-01T11:11:14+00:00

We export to more than 40 countries through Inmore Global Trading. We handle export documentation, packing to ISPM 15 and sea or rail freight booking.

What is the minimum order quantity?2026-10-01T11:11:14+00:00

Tooling economics set the floor rather than a fixed MOQ. For parts on existing patterns we can quote from a few hundred pieces; new tooling normally justifies itself above 1,000 pieces.
